We regularly visit this restaurant for breakfast and choose to sit at the quieter bar instead of waiting for a table or booth. We are always impressed by how quickly we receive our meals, no matter how busy they are. The food is consistently good, although we tend to stick to the same choices - my wife loves the waffles and fruit, while I prefer the breakfast combo. We also tried their lunch menu and enjoyed it. Despite being a franchise, this location on Broadway in Ottawa is one of the better ones. The staff is fun, friendly, and efficient, never keeping us waiting for long. We will definitely be returning.

The outdoor terrace is stunning. The atmosphere is relaxed, with excellent service (thanks to Elissa). The food is fantastic and reasonably priced (chicken caesar salad for $15, smoked meat sandwich with fries for $14). This is our go-to spot for celebrating special occasions - we have never been disappointed.

Here on the way to Passport Office for lunch. Was with my 82-year-old mother using a walker. Let me say first, the server was fantastic, helpful and attentive. The food was ok (we had both breakfast, egg, meat, homeowners). It's...no an accessible restaurant. The Handicap parks were halfway down the small stripe mall. There were no keys to open the doors. And then 90% of the tables were only accessible by 3 or 4 steps (without railing). Below were a few stands, but my mother can't manage them, so we were put in a small party room next to a table full of dirty dishes and glasses. The fresh pineapple with my moms breakfast was not fresh. When I mentioned, there was no offer to replace it. I didn't want to go back. Probably a good place for a beer and burger.

Had a good breakfast meal here with my wife. The prices and portions were decent, but the service was really good! We've been here a few times over the years and always have a good experience!
