Second Cup -  Ottawa,

Amazing service but I literally witnessed an employee not wash her hands before starting to make drinks. Got my hot chocolate and took a sip wondering why it took so long for the drink to get to my mouth. Opened the lid and there’s over an inch of room…

I loved Second Cup and couldn't wait to have it again in Ottawa. They took them away north of Toronto where I live. So I get my fix when I can. I ordered my usual Hot Chocolate and Oatmeal Raisen cookie. (They were out of cookies) 2pm on a Sunday. I got my order and went to use the washroom. Soooooooooo gross. I almost threw up. No way was I going to drink my hot chocolate from a place with a washroom so dirty. Was the outside cleaned at all??? Waste of a hot chocolate.

Worst Second Cup I've been to. Badly maintained and interior looks old and dirty. Wash room clearly doesn't get cleaned regularly. It was very dirty and there was no toilet paper and no paper towels.

Delicious drinks for cheaper prices than Starbucks and better quality than Tim Hortons!

Basic Second Cup store. They did have a problem making change for me when I paid in cash.
