I had the seafood carbonara which had a thick, rich flavoursome sauce, and was loaded with seafood. Nick had one with tomato sauce a cured meat which had amazing depth of flavour. We shared the swordfish gratin with apple sultans found this a little plain but perhaps it’s just not to my taste. Would go for all pasta next time. The white wines (we tried two Vermentinos) were both good. Service was friendly, just as it was in the hotel. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Two appetizers, two second courses, a side dish, a dessert and water for 74 euros. All truly exquisite and surprising . The location is well-kept and the restaurant area is a brilliant balance of elegance and practicality, in harmony with the idea of a farm. Efficient service Staff a little too obsequious, cloying at times. Chic for better or for worse.
