We were introduced to each dish and given detailed explanations about why each one was chosen. Over the course of three hours, we enjoyed 19 delicious dishes paired perfectly with exceptional wines. The intricacy and attention to detail that went into each course was truly impressive. Watching Wladimir at work as he prepared each dish was like witnessing a true artist in action. It wasn't just about the food; it was an art form that was well worth the wait. This was an experience we won't soon forget.
Amazing experience! I am extremely satisfied. The dishes created by chef Vladimir Pak were truly works of art. I can see why he won the World Sushi Championship in 2017. Despite the COVID ban on alcohol in Oslo, Aleksander Iversen provided us with a drink menu featuring various juices and a delicious kombucha. This was the best dining experience in Oslo and I highly recommend Omakase Oslo. Enjoy!

Due to COVID-19 regulations, alcohol drinks are not available, but the creative mocktails and infusions are a perfect complement to the unique and unconventional cuisine. The chef's humble and passionate approach to cooking is evident in each dish, with a focus on explaining the use of rice and the simplicity of the ingredients. The 18-course menu offers a variety of dishes, including nitiris, oysters, a rare tuna species, and original desserts. For sushi lovers, this is a must-visit spot for a completely different and unforgettable dining experience.
