Really tasty bánh mì and quick service. The flavours are not too far off from the traditional Vietnamese ingredients. It's a small venue so seating is at a premium, but a take-out option is readily available.

My drink was 80% ice, the food was not tasty and dry

This place is great. We go all the time. The food has never deviated from high quality! Remember, this is a small business, sometimes they run out of things or it's too late to make stuff. That's the price you pay for such good food. It's always worth it
