Boston Pizza - Oshawa

Never ever go here unless you want to wait forever for your food and end up leaving without it. They’re always over-staffed but can’t handle even being mildly busy. If its not mildly busy it’s EMPTY during dinner time on a weekend. Staff is young and bratty and full of excuses they’re ALWAYS on their phones , food takes forever, there is always something they don’t have. Just….save your time, go somewhere else. It’s not a real Boston Pizza and it never will be.

Just wow! And not a good wow. Our lacrosse team went over in between games, we were sat down in the private room, amongst dirty tables, and waited. Then told that we could only order from the team menu because we were a group when our team manager asked the restaurant manager what was going on. Told we could order from that menu or leave! Some in the group only wanted drinks? Oh well, Lonestar a couple kilometres away accommodated and they were great. Would have given this place a 0 star based on the manager, wait staff was very nice though. Take your dollars where appreciated. To add....when we left, the restaurant wasn't very busy but rather then separate and go in we decided our money was better spent else

First group of 5 in the door for the day. Ordered a Boston brute and waited for 1H 15mins. Asked the server, who was working her tail off without help, and the manager and was told it will be right out. 5 mins later the manager scurried away and the poor waitress had to inform me that they didn’t have any brutes left. Worst experience I have ever had. My wife’s club and daughters spaghetti was never plated either

The worst service ever with no one in the restaurant. Every doctor I wanted to give it zero stars

Great place but their beer taps were fairly empty...I guess they are closing soon. Food cooked
