I went through the drive thru this morning. Normally they don't screw up on my order well this morning they did. Also they gave me the WRONG CHANGE BACK!!!! I wasn't a happy customer and won't be going back for a while.

Horrible experience. Twice I have ordered a hot coffee with the French vanilla shot and regular cream and sugar. Both times the tag was printed correctly with what I ordered, but both times all I got was a coffee that had only cream in it and that was roomtemperature at best. Disgusting. Not to mention my Husband's iced coffee that had 3 ice cubes in it. They didn't put anythinganything asked for in his drink either and it tasted like water. Definitely not going back there again.

Fast service, but person taking orders must let customers know their total number before they come to the window
