The Patio - Oroville

I ordered the Mushroom Bliss burger and fries, along with a strawberry lemonade. Everything was perfect and delicious. The burger might be the best I’ve ever had, the fries were crispy, and the lemonade was an ideal pairing with the meal. My friends enjoyed the lasagna, chicken fried steak, and sirloin steak, and everyone was very satisfied! The staff was friendly and attentive as well. I definitely recommend this place.

This place has a stunning appearance upon arrival, which is one of the reasons my family of six chose to dine here on our way back to Sacramento. We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly gentleman, and the restaurant itself looked clean and modern. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. We faced a wait time of about an hour, despite the fact that there were only three other tables occupied. When our food finally arrived, we were all starving and eagerly dug in. Sadly, three of the meals were disappointing, and the Alfredo dish was particularly unappetizing—chunky and with a stale taste. Overall, we won't be returning.

My wife ordered the pasta primavera, I opted for the stuffed chicken, and my friend chose the Asian salad. Unfortunately, the primavera tasted like water—completely bland. My chicken dish had a bone in it, which was more of an inconvenience than anything, but the meat around it was very undercooked. I tried some of the vegetables and suspected they were frozen, so I asked our server. She insisted they weren't, explaining that they were freshly cut before being boiled for an extended period. To make matters worse, my water cup was covered in fingerprints and food particles. I really can’t recommend this place; I left feeling quite disappointed. Update: I returned today to try the patio again, as the restaurant had offered a $50 gift card after reading my initial review. Unfortunately, my second experience was just as unpleasant. To keep it short, I'm currently dealing with food poisoning. My friend ordered the meatballs, which were severely undercooked, raw in the center. I chose mahi-mahi, which was incredibly tasteless and dry, and my friend who had a burger reported it was also entirely dry and felt queasy afterward. Despite our complaints, the server was dismissive and asked if we had been drinking all day because we ordered two beers with our meal. She also inquired if we had eaten anything else, as this was our first meal of the day. Overall, her attitude was quite rude. I’m truly shocked by the service I received today. Even though I was offered free food for my next visit, I will not be returning.

This place looks amazing when you walk up, which is part of the reason my family of 6 decided to eat here on our way out of town back to Sacramento. We were immediately greeted by a very nice and friendly gentleman. The establishment appears to be clean and updated. Unfortunately, that 's where the good stuff ends. Tl:Dr food was very under seasoned, Raw chicken, boiled vegetables, and watered down drinks. My friend wanted some healthy food so google suggested this place. We walked in and it was pretty empty, first red flag, and then I saw the photos of their food on the wall and menu, both more red flags. The menu is extremely overwhelming to many pages 4 pages front and back is to much. My wife got the pasta Primavera I got the stuffed Chicken and my friend got the Asian salad. However I did not experience a pleasurable time... again to keep the long story short I am currently throwing up due to food poisoning my friend ordered meatballs that were severely undercooked, raw in the middle. I ordered the mahi-mahi which was seriously under seasoned and dry my friend had a burger which was completely dry he is feeling queasy. my friend who ordered the meatballs was throwing up too. The server instead of taking responsibility she asked us if we had been drinking all day because we had ordered two beers with our meal. She also asked us if we 'd eaten anything else during the day which this was all pur first meal of the day and was just rude. I am completely floored with the service I received today as well. Despite being offered free food next time I come back I will not be coming back...
