Subway - Ormstown

The kids working there were pleasant but had no idea what they were doing. They have no clue about the menu. Ordered the menu specific sandwiches and what we got was far from it. I won't be going back.

At 5:00 p.m. no more submarine bread and the manager who loves that day instead of helping in the rush with her employer may be that she is not doing the right job, also knowing that no bread it's not money that goes to the Subway maybe it would be nice to have one more employee to do it because at dinner time not too normal maybe take an example from the Subway in huntingdon

Two employees who do not speak French well, hygiene of the premises not reassuring (bag of salad lying on the counter, dirty counter, table also dirty) bread not fresh and despite cooking in the oven the sandwich is lukewarm cold. Bad day or unused employee but it's expensive to pay for that

The only real reason to review a chain store operation is to comment on that location specifically. I always find this one to be neat and clean, although somewhat small. There is interior seating for eight or ten people and a seasonal patio in front. I always find the staff here...mostly part-time and mostly young...to be very friendly and efficient. I have no complaints about the final product and have always found the produce to be fresh. There is an entrance from the parking lot and one from the mall. I would consider both to be handicap accessible but note there is not much maneuvering room inside. You can't go wrong if you are looking for franchisee fast food in here. I recommend.
