Good food and made just the way I liked will order again

Our burger experience was not a good one. Cold, soggy and just plain lazy. Fries were bad as well.

Burgers are soggy and just taste bad. Ordered fries with salt and pepper and they were plain and soggy. Burger King has a better burger than The Burger Experience. Hopefully they improve because this place won't last with 5 Guys and Smash Burger in the same outdoor mall.

We ordered through Uber eats and ordered 2 Burgers and a large fry. Unfortunately we did not receive our burgers and the fries were INEDIBLE due to the dump truck load of salt on them, and I really like salt so this was not a personal preference thing. On top of them being way over seasoned, they were all unevenly cooked with some of them still being raw and crunchy in the center. Uber refunded us for the burgers and when I politely called to inform the restaurant of the situation, the manager on duty was almost dismissive and rushed me off the phone. I'd give 1 star if I was not refunded but I will not order from here again. This place will forever been known as The Disappointing Burger Exerience to me.

Fake this place does not exist.... They bring you microwave food, that's why it's delivery only. Go to the restaurant and there is no burger experience
