Food and customer service are excellent. I highly recommend this place.

My family had dinner tonight and our server was John. Despite the many times we have visited this restaurant with and without our children, we have never encountered such a warm, knowledgeable, and particularly child-friendly server like him. John was attentive and efficient, providing the best customer service we have ever experienced at this TGI Friday. He engaged with our children like they were part of his own family. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I am not easily impressed by service, but John's excellence truly stood out. Thank you, John and Friday, for a wonderful evening! We will definitely request his section the next time we visit.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a Fridays!! Wonderful food, and even better customer service. I asked for too many glasses if water and the server kindly kept bringing them constantly. It’s one of those details that show you how attentive people can be, and it is how great customer service should look. Grateful! Their fried shrimp and mashed potatoes are great. The table was clean, and so was the bathroom. Not minor detail which is greatly appreciated! Also want to mentioned we went at a highly concurred time, but it was not a problem for receiving fast and efficient service :

I ordered grilled chicken with cheese, which was pretty good. Philly steaks egg rolls had barely any steak. Server was courteous and there was plenty of tables available. Parking was also ample. The only thing that was bad was water; it didn't taste good at all.
