Melting Pot - Orlando

This was an interesting and unique experience for someone like me that typically goes to plain restaurants. So, you're dipping things in cheese fondue and cooking meats and seafood in a boiling broth. Nice place for birthday parties, etc. About $50 a head plus tx and drinks. So, my only disappointment was one of the cheeses was more whisky than cheese I wish that was better explained I didn't care for that fondue at all Still, a nice night out at a clean place with good food and a reasonably attentive staff.....it can get busy...

This was my first experience at Melting Pot. My sisters and I truly enjoyed ourselves! We visited the Sandlake location on a Friday night and it was beautiful! Let 's talk about the ambience first. I really liked the setup of the restaurant. You walk into spaced out tables and a nicely lit bar. The design of the booths, tables, private rooms, and outside area offers many seating options. The restaurant was very clean with a fun, laid back, sophisticated vibe. Even the other guests were friendly and fun! Next, let 's talk about the staff. The bartender!! Oh my goodness, those drinks were perfect! Our server was Chadwick and I appreciate how he attended my birthday celebration. He served six vibrant women with smiles, care, patience, and fun! Then there 's Tom, or shall I say Mr. Smooth. As manager, he paid attention to his guests. He came by, greeted us, and brought me a signed birthday card. The attentive and personable service didn 't stop there. It ran throughout the staff. Well ran and friendly restaurant as soon as you walk in and are greeted, seated, and served throughout the entire dining experience. I also want to point out that if you make a reservation for a type of celebration, you 'll be contacted in advance for an option to add balloons and chocolate wafers to your table (an inexpensive fee). Last, but definitely not least, is the all the delicious food! The selection of fondue cheeses, fondue chocolate sauces, vegetables and meats were fresh and flavorful! The experience of cooking/dipping the array of meat selections in the broth and/or on the grill was really fun. They also provide assorted sauces to put on your meat and veggies. I know this is a long review but it was well deserved. I am in customer service every day, so to receive what I put out was an awesome feeling. Thank you Melting Pot crew. I will be back!

My husband and I went to the Melting Pot for our anniversary. The staff was extremely friendly and quite professional. We enjoyed our meal very much. They brought us out a card for our special occasion. We will definitely come again; maybe just for the chocolate?

Excellent Experience!! Our server Amanda went above and beyond taking care of my husband and I. It was our first visit to the Melting Pot and we will definitely be back again! She guided us through the ordering and dining process and answered all of our questions without hesitation. This was a special night for us, and she made our experience phenomenal!! The food was delicious but was definitely made by the service! In fact, I made a Trip Advisor account just to write a review. Thank you, Amanda!!

It was a great fancy experience for birthday celebration ???? Low key lights but it creates the soothing clam experience. Good food, they have packages for experiences for 2 and so on. It comes with salads, main course, cheese fondue and chocolate fondue. We were celebrating my friends birthday so we got happy birthday card and complementary cake cubes. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Here you can cook your own main course. It?s mostly prepared just flip your food until cooked ???? Overall it is a great place but was little bit pricey for me.
