Heather created both my wedding cake and my child's first birthday cake, and I couldn't be more thrilled with her work! She truly makes the best cakes around. I will undoubtedly turn to her for all my major events, knowing that I'll receive amazing creations. Anyone who hires her will not be disappointed—she truly makes sweet dreams come true! By the way, her prices are very reasonable too!

Heather was a pleasure to work with, and we were able to schedule a tasting right away, which offered us a variety of delicious options to choose from! We requested a four-tier cake, with only the top layer being "real" and the rest made of decorated Styrofoam. She exceeded our expectations, and it was the perfect surprise for our special day before all the guests arrived at the reception hall! Our cake featured a “story” that beautifully captured our love story. She also created three different types of cupcakes for our guests, and everyone raved about the flavors! I would definitely reach out to her for any cake needs in the future!

The presentation of the cake was lovely, which earns it 2 stars, but the texture and flavor were extremely disappointing. The cake tasted stale and was quite unpleasant. I was really let down on my special day by this cake, especially since we had hoped for something better and ultimately had to throw it away.

That may seem defensive, but since I don't see the critique I've seen 8 years ago about the way and wise how rude these people were, I thought I would leave another. our high time color was purple. we have ordered very special a purple band for the cake. denk somewhere between aubergine and violet. kuchen shows up with a maroon band and decorations. when I confronted the person who delivered the cake, they simply scrubbed and said they were given. to the luck, the high-time planner could find a lamp with a purple light to light on the cake, so it was not obvious if they were not standing right next to it. the image shows the color they have made against the flowers it should fit. a few days later we called the bakery and were told in the grunde oh well. we delivered your cake so it's important that I don't lie. the cake was delicious, so we just wanted to apologize. Instead, the bakery stood at what they delivered and even went so far that we were responsible for not being more accurate. I could understand that I do not fit the color of violet perfectly, but the maroon is not even close to violet. Summing up: cake good, customer service bad.
