Giovanni's Italian Pizzeria - Orlando

I walked in and was promptly seated without any wait. The food arrived quickly, and Steve, our server, was fantastic. The calzone was delicious, with fresh vegetables and perfectly melted cheese. Next time, we shouldn’t have to request bread—it would be nice if it were provided automatically. This restaurant has an energetic, festive atmosphere. The staff is friendly and works well together to ensure customers have a great experience. I really enjoyed my visit here. I found this gem while searching for Italian food nearby, so just a tip: make sure the restaurant isn’t located at the airport!

I haven't found a great pizza place yet, so I decided to give this one a try based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The pizza lacked flavor, they seemed to use low-quality ingredients, and it resembled bread with sauce and cheese thrown on top. I also ordered fries and asked for cheese on them, but they ended up using the wrong type of cheese. That was my mistake, but I think it's pretty standard to know what cheese typically goes with fries. Overall, I won't be returning; it just wasn't worth the calories or the time.

I had always driven past this restaurant, but this time we finally decided to stop in. It definitely won’t be our last visit! The portion sizes were generous. We enjoyed a salad with homemade dressing and fresh, oven-baked garlic bread alongside our entrée. Everything was served quickly, and our server, George, was fantastic—very attentive and helpful!

Amazing fresh and delicious food! The service from Nicolas was top-notch, matching the quality of the dishes. It was a fantastic first visit, and we've already added this gem to our favorites. The atmosphere feels almost homemade, perfect for dining in or taking food to go. I'm a fan of spicy sauces, and the Fra Diavolo definitely did not disappoint. My wife enjoyed the Pasta Silva, and both dishes were excellent choices, depending on your mood. This is a great spot for my fellow veterans visiting the Lake Nona VAMC, conveniently located right by Wawa. We can't wait to come back and try the entire menu since we've finally found our go-to Italian restaurant! A big thank you to the owners and management for offering such wonderful food at reasonable prices.
