It’s okay. Could be better, but if you want “better” there are several other options and none of them are as suited for kids as this open air dining experience. For a quick bite, this cafeteria-like setting is a nice “cheaper” alternative to your other Coronado Springs options. Note that “cheaper” is the word here as this is DISNEY, and you have probably taken out a mortgage to afford your vacation stay. This place is always busy, but it will be the most busy in the AM before everybody heads to the parks. The grab and go options are good if you are in a rush, and the beverage refill stations are actually a good deal if you are staying for at least 3 days and drink lots of soda/lemonade/power aid. Those refillable mugs pay for themselves quickly.
Beautifully styled cafeteria. I stopped in a few times throughout my trip and never had any issues. I had the obligatory Mickey-shaped waffle for breakfast one day and nachos for lunch the next. It's expensive but of course it's Disney. You do get extremely large portions so I guess the value per dollar equals out. The condiment stations were STOCKED. I think Disney is great at anticipating anything you might need. The staff were friendly as well. I'm sure it can be overwhelming to serve so many people but I had consistently good service throughout my trip.
Overall just an odd experience. I was excited to eat here because I'd seen on social media that there was lots on offer and a vlogger I follow raved about it. However in reality there was hardly any choice of actual hot food and absolutely everything was grab and go, (which sits under heated lamps). Super poor selection if you have dietary requirements or preferences from what I saw too. Everything was either meat or fries. Such an opportunity to offer delicious fresh Mexican food and it's totally been missed. I visited the quick services in Caribbean Beach and a few other Disney resorts and they all had more variety. Also you can't place a mobile order here for some reason? The resort is amazing but the quick service just lets it down so much. I'd stay here again, but avoid the quick service like the plague until they modify it to function like all the others on property!
There's much better to eat on Disney property. This is basically your last resort I need some food now sorta thing. It works for a snack.
