Cold Stone Creamery - Orlando

I always go to Cold Stone, and this was my first time at this location. It was very clean and the ice cream was delicious! The customer service from the manager Lei was incredible! She was awesome and very understanding and patient with our family.

I am an avid visitor to ColdStone and love their ice cream. I was craving a sweet treat after dinner with my family and was unfortunately disappointed by this location. The ice cream served at this location, does not taste like other ColdStone locations. The ice cream is very soft, melted rather quickly, and did not have that quintessential ColdStone taste. I do not believe that they are using the same ice cream as other franchise locations I would avoid this location and seek ice cream elsewhere.

Forgot how delicious cold stone was, since it kind of disappeared after it’s initial onslaught onto the market. Very expansive of course but staff was nice. They showed my child how they make her ice cream step by step.

Busy as usual ,One of the cleanest branch I’ve ever been to.

Delicious premium ice cream and super friendly staff! I would definitely recommend for tourists/jemand who wish a pleasant dessert experience!
