Charley's Philly Steaks - Orlando

Me and my son came in for lunch today, there were only 2 people working the manager and a new hire. The were severely understaffed, with that being said the level of service was exceptional from both the new hire and the manager. The new hire seemed eager to learn and willing to help in every aspect and the manager was really the definition f multi tasking!!! The food took a minute but it was worth the wait! Hard working people here and great food. 10/10!!

My husband and I come only to this location for the simple fact that manager is always so welcoming and for some reason the food here taste better!

Crew was awesome , Food was fresh and banging !!! Best Charleys I have been to !

Came in today the crew was very friendly and helpful on deciding what to get. service was fast and good was delicious
