Red Lobster - Orland Park

That was my second time and we decided to give the place another shooting. The food was better than the first time. The cookies were buttery and soft and less salty than the first time. I loved the seafood pizza, it's good for a person or as a starter. We also ordered the grilled lobster, shrimp and salmon. It was good that the rice was amazing. It looked bigger in the menu and you can't share it. I felt $37 is expensive for this.

Overall, our food was hot and tasty. (My Caesar salad was also well-dressed, just how I like it. Unfortunately when you have to wait to be seated, then go back to your table, and see that there were booths all along, you wonder what's going on. (They did seem to have enough staff, in the dining room at least. Our waitress wasn't terrible, but asking if we're doing okay *while still walking past without stopping* isn't a good practice. There were places that needed vacuuming and the menus were sticky. I'm being critical, I know, but I think they could be busier if they upped their game a little. All-in-all, the food was good and that goes a long way...so 4/5 stars.

Decided to see what this order online pickup curbside was all about. So I ordered crab stuffed rangoon for the starter and the Ultimate Feast as the main course; sides were Ceasars salad and lobster loaded mashed potatoes. Food was prepared rapidly; approximately 20min wait. Once I arrived home, I was already regretting my decision. The portions were small and not worth the $57 spent. Biscuits were not fresh. The salad had to be a scoop worth. The so called lobster loaded mashed potaotoes had 2 little pieces of lobster meat and the rest was a pile of melted cheese dumped on. The crab rangoon was awesome. I will post pictures of what I received. Wont be returning.

We took my Sister-in-law for her Birthday and had a Great time! Food and Service was Excellent! I would of gave Red Lobster 5?s, but I had to pay for 5 peeps,Thanks

The taste of eating was simply not hot, the service was slow. we had a new waitress and she wasn't properly trained. we had a good look and she didn't know how to use them. we have done everything in the end. but I wouldn't return to this place. parking: in the back for not disabled.
