Outback Steakhouse Orland Park

Hi just was in on Sunday, had been awhile.had a great time at my dinner. Host David made me welcome, nice phone manners, also server, Katie was so.polite and great service to me!!See you in spring, Sunday for sure was relaxing.good meal.hot food very important.

Ordered food for my birthday and it was good and well prepared. However, my mom said she was missing broccoli out of her meal. Other than that good service and food.

I don't think the sever was aware of add-on to your meal. I had to order several appetizers to add to my meal instead of adding shrimp to my meal. I spent well over 180.00 for four adults. The sever insisted that Outback doesn't do add-on no more. I told her that's not true because we just came from NC, and they did add-on with no problems. Outback need to make sure every restaurant is aligned across the board.

Cathy is amazing, great server.. great food!!! Made my experience wonderful !!!
