Hooters - Orland Park

He went to Hooters and was immediately greeted. The restaurant didn't seem to be busy at all. We sat fast and went down there. We set up our order and the food needed some time to get out. The food was cold and seemed to be out for a while before we got it. Our server was nice, but the service wasn't. There were probably more employees then customers so not sure why everything was so slow and unorganized.

Order online. Lunch was packed on time with many napkins and utensils. Wings are delicious, but would have had a little more sauce with the Double Dip order.

My wings and shrimps were invaded in oil. I couldn't eat the wings (because of the butter sauce? and the shrimps were over boiled. I called a manager called Taylor. She said it didn't melt and that the shrimp was cooked on a timer. I understand, and I know when shrimps are cooked. I had better experiences and never had this problem. Anyway, she gave me a loan for my next visit. I appreciate it, but if a customer calls you to tell you that the food is not edible. Listen to the customer. She talked about me and tried to explain the protocols in the kitchen instead of listening to a regular customer who had better food and knows when shrimps are cooked. Instead of apologising for the bad experience and trying to find out if the cook even pay attention to the ? The manager could? ve did better.

Standard rate. The prices for food were quite reasonable. Chicken wings were perfectly cooked. The restaurant was clean. Service was friendly. You asked if we had a reservation, what could mean you didn't get a table during peak hours? Get a reservation for the case. Many parking spaces. Pitchers of beer, mixed drinks and special cocktails are available.

Very disappointed with the Orland Park location. My party had reservation at 8:30pm and the food wasn't served until 9:40pm; moreover, the restaurant wasn't even crowded. The worst part of the restaurant was the filthy bathroom, which is unacceptable, especially when there are employees just sitting around talking with the hostess. I am embarrassed that I recommended this location for a birthday dinner.
