Chipotle Mexican Grill - Orland Park

Picked up an online order for a burrito and a bowl. The amount of ingredients in the bowl was laughable... I returned an hour later stating this had to be a mistake. The manager (Alberto) stated that was the portion size of an online order at the same cost AS A WALK IN ....BUT HALF THE INGREDENCE . , while the person dining behind me had a burrito bowl with a much bigger portion. ALBERTO MANAGER refused to remake my bowl. No regard for customer satisfaction. Extremely dissatisfied with the service here. Take your business down the street to the Tinley Park location.

I was excited for this new location in the Orland area as I missed the old one that closed down near the Whole Foods. I was a bit shocked by just how many negative reviews this location got and took it upon myself to visit it in person. I went earlier today and had a great experience, great sized portions, and the ingredients on the line were all fresh and more were being cooked. My one and only complaint was that they didn't have any vinaigrette dressing but it's not that big of a deal especially as it was a bit before noon and they were probably making a whole slew of other things. I urge people to give this location a second chance, as with any new location there will always be some difficulties at the start but I think it will settle in quite well.

Chip bag had a hole in it. like 8 chips have me 1.10 for this the chips salty and stale. worse experience ever from chipotle. surprisingly disappointing!

This situation is terrible. Oh, how I miss the people in the old orland chipotle. they never answer the phones, they have screwed my order several times and given me various meats, and they are always made of salat dressing. the sections are extremely small. I thought I caught them on a bad day, but went several times and the bowl is only half filled. the chipotlane is always very long. sad, I have to go to the other places now. it's a shame because I couldn't wait for this new location.

Terrible. I started to go to the location after the op in mokena and I will go to the Mokena site. 10x better, staff is more beautiful, and it is cleaner with better parking! I came here with my cousins not too long ago and all our commands were so dissatisfied! the place is filthy and tiny barely any parking, for a new location the drink machine was broken, the portions were small. I miss the old location better parking, more space to sit, and the staff were nicer. also, this goes for every chipotle location I hate the chipotlane / order online. I understand for those who have a busy schedule and what do not have. but what is the point of order if the dishes are not even properly filled. pay so much for very little! I would rather go in and order instead of pre-ordering and/or using the track.
