Charlie's Mountain View - Oregon

This place has real potential. Should be the most happening place in town. Unfortunately, they don’t have the vibe or staff to handle it and it shows. They are rude! Even the customers are rude. The place was empty and two people asked to join us at our table. Huh…? They wanted it for the game. Try communicating next time. Use your words… eye roll. The food doesn’t even make it worth it. I would love to buy this place and make it awesome!

Been coming here for years after snowboarding, but last night was the first time I've ever experince no bar service sitting at the bar. After 10 minutes of sitting at the bar. i just got up and confronted the bar tender. Ordered my drink and sat back down “at the bar”. Waited like 5 minutes and she didn't make the drink making several drinks in between. Got back up to confront the bar tender and the guy helped me. I live part of the year in Government Camp, and I visit Charlie's regularly. Quite often the food is great, and the burgers are routinely super. Not a better place in town for the local vibe, good service and hanging out after a snowshoe, hike, or day skiing.

Was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of food! Everything we had was delicious, and we loved the vibe of the bar.
