The night worker was awesome. The reason for the 4 star was the process to even order the pizza it took 3 times of calling and every time was a different price. They could not even get the price straight at their end. Of course it wasn't the actual store it was their call center. That's proof that the new way pizza places process the orders does not work. Quit being so cheap, hire the employees they need to have great customer service .

Best Customer Service I have had in a long time. I had problems with ordering online, so I called in and one of the managers took my order for carry out. Because it was Valentine's Day, I knew it would take longer. My order was supposed to be ready in an hour. I drove there to pick up and they couldn't find my order in the system. Both managers on the shift tried to find my order and after a short while, they offered me to just retake the order and get it done quickly. 20 mins later my order was ready to take out. Not only did they try to help, they also recognized the issue, owned an honest mistake or system failure, offered a quick solution, gave me a huge discount but also made sure I walked out as a customer happy with freshly made 3 pizzas and 2 sides.
