Arsenal Park Transilvania - Orăştie

Although this place sounded like an excellent idea, especially as I like military vehicles and artillery, I must say that I was mostly disappointed by this place. You must buy a card at the entrance, charge it and use it later to buy any activity. Later, if you manage to find someone at the place where you can actually do the activity, you will have to present the check from the first cashier. It's an unnecessary complication and a waste of time and money, especially if you have no more credit. Furthermore, the place looks mostly deserted. If you walk more than 5 minutes in any direction, you'll end up with dirty pavements, collapsed trees on the road, dirty and vandalized exhibits, and also old and desolated buildings with broken windows. It looks more like a post-apocalyptic setup than an adventure park. The activities are also pretty lame, or at least the ones that we tried. The minigolf courses are mostly dirty, making them repetitive and annoying. The bikes that you rent are not very well maintained and, as said before, you don't feel too comfortable on them due to lack of park maintenance. The bow shooting is nice if you manage to find someone to give you the bow, but you have to pay 40lei for 11 arrows... Speaking of which, the prices are extremely high, regardless of the chosen activity. Last but not least, there was the food. Although not very expensive as the activities, it was mediocre at best, both in terms of taste and quality. Overall, considering the price that we had to pay, it ended up being an experience that we will clearly not repeat, let alone recommend to anyone. There's a lot of work to be done if they want to put it back on track. At the moment, it's a clear no-no.

We initially visited for the skatepark and was unaware of the rest of the set up. Was a fantastic accidental find. We went into Aventura park for a walk around and had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They have lots of activities that are reasonably priced. It’s set a beautiful wooded area which we had a walk around. We went to the skatepark on the second day and then to the aqua park which was great fun and great facilities

It would have been better if you had the option to pay the entrances separately: for Aventura park and the aqua park (you have to pay for both even if you are interested in only one of them)

To expensive for what they offer. I did not sleep there, but pay 70 lei for almost nothing. It makes no sense. The food was with to much oil, the personal was unprofessional, unfriendly. For sure i will not be returning ever again. Certainly do not recommended to my friends.

Feels like a ripoff. If you buy a full day ticket for aventura and aqua park, you need to buy a locker separately. In well developed countries this is not an extra feature but rather a standard to give your customers a place to store their belongings. Shame on you…. Food was under medium…. You can do something else than spend your money here
