I don't know who this new property is, but it is? You have no idea what you're doing. I've never had a problem, but the last 5 times I've either tried to order the store / did I go?ve just because there's any kind of Bs preventing me from going out of the food. Repair your customer service or y?all will go broke
I was on this side today. My daughter sat in to get 3 curry chickens. The lady cashier with the green and blond hair did not give my 11 years old the correct change. She told the child they didn't change. I came out of the map and told the lady that I had 50 cents and that she could give me a dollar because she didn't change. A nice man came by. I explained the situation to him. The lady stood there and didn't give me my dollar, so I told her you could give me my 20 bucks back and keep the food. Once I asked about my money back the lady with the green and blond hair was very respectful and rude. She started screaming, telling me that I was disrespectful and I told her that she should stop hitting children for change and that she could have asked the child, where is your mother? Or who sent you to the store because we don't change. Even when I came to the store and gave her the 50 cents, she should have given me the dollar. I wasn't disrespectful or rude. I talked to the guy and she's holding her mouth until she had to be taken to the back room to stop her. She must have a guilty conscience. She has POOR CUSTOMER SKILLS. It must be written and withdrawn. I'll never eat from her again.
This place used to be really good, I would be from Paterson for their smoothies n food on three days that I did not work in essex County. But it's completely gone! The young lady who does the smoothies moves so slowly, it always takes about 20 to 30 minutes, and there are only 2 people in front of me, it has upset me so much that I stop coming. Recently (11/8/22) after months not going because I was so disappointed, I got ache and salt fish and fried bread fruit. $19! There was no favor, hardly a salt fish, and it takes as if it were old. It was so bad that I even tried to give it away and after someone took 2 bites, they said no thanks. I just threw it out because it was garbage.
An employee had an attitude problem with older people. If an elderly person requests the prices of food staff, they should know this information. Instead of showing on the menu that the older woman cannot see. Soft skills such as empathy and customer service are extremely valuable in every work line. It is suggested that your employees adjust their settings accordingly and respect all customers.
Delicious, authentic Caribbean fare and exceptional customer service, that's what you get at Sunsplash. I had the pleasure of tasting their vegetarian stew peas, served with rice n' peas and a side of plaintains. It was absolutely delish, as was the plant-based, peanut punch. No wonder the food finishes fast. I will definitely be back to trying the highly recommended spinach patties, and more from the juicebar.
