Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe restaurant was incredibly busy, with the drive-thru line stretching out into the street! I decided to park my car and walk up to the window for pickup of online orders. There, I was greeted by a friendly young woman, who was wearing a mask. Given the crowd, I was impressed by how quickly my order was ready. It was exceptionally well made; I'm particular about certain coffee drinks, and I've often found that Starbucks at other locations doesn't always get it right.
I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru due to a rude employee. I tried to order a chocolate cream cold brew, not realizing it was a menu item, and her response was dismissive: “That's just what it is,” delivered with a very rude tone. It would be great if she could show a little more kindness and not make customers feel foolish for not knowing the menu. The pink text in the photo below shows what I said to her. Update: The rest of the staff was really sweet! It seems to just be this one employee; I think her name is Alyssa or something similar.
Stater Bros is very convenient, and the staff are friendly and genuinely care about their customers!
619am ordered a venti blonde with extra cream, when I began drinking it at 1030am was super suprised it didnt have extra cram and not full, not even close
This is by far my favorite location! Staff is kind patient and always smiling. I do have to give a huge shout out to my favorite team member Nathan! He is the nicest and always so kind! Always puts a smile on my face when I hear is voice taking my order. Keep up the great work!
