To start off with, the restaurant was very clean on the inside. You can tell the staff make sure that every customer gets the best experience they can. My food was ready very fast, and brought to me by Gus Chavez, who made sure that I had everything I needed. He also would walk by and ask if I have any questions or if I needed anything else. I will be definitely coming back in the near future!
1 star due to inflated prices. 4 and 5 for the quality of the food and service. If prices keep going up, might not be coming back with other similar options costing a lot less. Sorry!
Dined here for lunch with my family a few weeks ago. We ended up getting food poisoning from this location. Two of us got severe symptoms of food poisoning including nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, and body chills as well as abdominal cramping. My son was lucky. Thank god he only had changes in stool color but did feel nauseated. I will not be dining at this location ever again. All management could offer is a free complimentary milkshake and a refund for (2) of the chicken sandwiches. This in no way, shape, or form is equivalent to the resulting illness resulting from dining at this location. If you call corporate to complain, they just pass off the complaint to Location manager. Was sick for a week and missed (5) days of work. Offered a refund for (2) sandwiches??!! smh. Luckily no one had to be hospitalized or anything worse. ChickFilA basically offered to pay me back for giving my family food poisoning. Free Food Poisoining aka Free Food Born Illness.
Since the store and drive-thru just finish a major update, I think it's time for an update my review. (OK, really, really bad joke there). Seriously though, the location just finished a major remodel. The drive-thru is way more efficient and actually has a nice cover over a large section of it, keeping the employees in shade and out of the rain when it does. Inside was the biggest change though. It looks like they shrunk their dining room so they could flip the order counter and make the kitchen, prep area bigger. With that, it honestly doesn't feel as cozy as it used to, but it's OK. I can say, since the remodel, I haven't had to wait very long in the drive-thru like I did before. Nor have I skipped the drive-thru all together, parked, and placed a mobile order to walk inside to get my food because it would be faster. The big thing is their food has remained the same. I visit this location a lot as it's super close to me and they have rarely screwed up my order. That doesn't mean I still don't check it before I leave, but considering the volume of people that go through here, that's impressive. The employees are still, for the most part, very pleasant, but I can honestly say that I've never encountered a rude employee.
