Amazingly fast drive-through and the customer service is amazing

Not sure about the Atmosphere as we did a mobile order take out! Coffee was on dot as usual!

Ordered a matcha latte and they just gave me a coffee. Seocnd time this has happened TODAY! Ordered a chai earlier at a dunkin close to this one and same thing happened. Paying over $6 for a drink I don't even like meanwhile coffees r like $3. ? love this dunkin and have never had a bad experience but omg it's frustrating, had someone else pick it up so I couldn't go back to get a new drink.

Struggling to get a refund for food I couldn’t even eat due to being

The food is really good! The atmosphere is also nice, but I’m only giving it four stars just because I feel like there could be some more decorations across all of their locations. Same with the service. I feel that the employees could at least make a little more effort to be more kind to the customers. I feel like some workers are a little on the rude and ruthless side if you know what I mean.
