Urban Remedy - One Tree Point

The dining experience was incredible and very satisfying. The service, however, was just okay. The server placed our coffee and drinks on the table without saying a word, which was a bit strange. When I asked for a coffee to go after paying, I had to wait for about 10 minutes even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other before finally remembering to make the coffee. I was tempted to go behind the bar and make it myself. Despite these hiccups, the food was outstanding. I also would have appreciated a more extensive drink menu, as all we saw were sodas and juices.

So disappointed with our dinner experience. I enjoyed eating here a few months ago and service, but slow service tonight and then understandardized eating. there is no apology that I have not fresh salad at this time of the year. never ok to have yellowed rocket with dodgy edges. the lamb of my sister was hard and full gristle. neither of us enjoyed our meal and when we politely pointed out our disappointment, there was no recognition or apologies, only excuse that made it worse. will not be back.

Absolutely terrible service, definitiw has gone downhill as other reviews have indicated. would avoid this place now.

This restaurant has declined in quality over the past few months. I would not recommend it as the customer service is terrible. It seems like they have become too arrogant too quickly. They need to improve their staff and properly train them. The young boy and the older lady, who is supposedly the boss, are rude to deal with. The food is average at best. It is best to avoid this place at all costs.

The food is very overpriced and only very small coffee cups for the price of a large coffee, a few sips and it’s goneWasn’t that busy when I went in and the ladies didn’t even come out of the kitchen to serve me.
