I struggled to hear the employee with the loudspeaker and after they eventually located my order, I had to wait 10 minutes to receive it. When my food was handed to me, the staff member rudely pushed it into my hand and the food was poorly made with very little filling in the tortilla. It's not my fault if you dislike your job, but it could have been handled better.
Eating here is always a good experience, and the drive-thru is always quick.
I placed a mobile order through the app, which indicated that this location was open until 2 o'clock. The order was placed at 10:30. However, when we arrived, the drive-thru attendant was rude and informed us that they were closed. I explained that we had placed a mobile order but she accused us of lying and refused to help with a refund. She insisted that we call the 800 number for assistance and refused to provide it. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. As a result, we did not receive the refund for the $25 order that was never fulfilled, even though we arrived before closing time. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
Used to be the best location in omaha, but is fast a priority to be the worst
The food is never made with enough taco meat. They keep forgetting food in my orders and when I drive immediately back through the drive thru they act like I'm trying to get extra food from them. When they forget it and or mess the order up and don't give the correct food. Very stressful!
