Scooter's Coffee - Omaha

I have been to this Scooters at least ten times over the past several weeks because it is right by my job. Love the location but the staff is more than disappointing. In fact, I have never seen anything like it. I always go through the drive through and every time I am asked to repeat my one drink order several times. It is always straight from the menu, so nothing complicated. After they finally repeat the order back correctly, a second later I am asked again was that iced or blended, what size was it, was there whipped cream . It seems like they are not listening at all and normally I am the only one in line. To make matters worse, I have only had my drink made correctly once! Every time I repeat no whipped cream three times to be handed a drink with whipped cream. Today I finally returned it and the barista just scooped half of the whip from the cup and handed it back to me. I am never going back.

I love this place as he was from my apt. first it was only for the situation, but in a short time I found it for many reasons. it is always so clean and immaculate. the personal is wonderful and very friendly. Erin is a joy and goes beyond me. that's my way to the roller!

Awesome location! Always clean, staff is so friendly and it's usually quiet and empty inside. Be sure to use the Scooters app to get rewards and free drinks!
