I always order Pad Prik Kingh, where the main plant is green beans. You don't know how to do it because what I get has no green beans in it, I don't complain because it's really pretty good. You will not win any awards for kindness Thai restaurant in Omaha.
Stop rushing your customers. I ordered a simple Cashew Chicken LUNCH order for $9.00, over my lunch hour. Ring me at $15.00 same order size. This is the second Thai restaurant that does. Please note!
Waiting on the counter for an order over 10 minutes without employees in sight. Food costs $22 for a duck and a little appetizer. It was useless, tastefully burned and melted like coal. Then a white hair found in it. So rough.
Good ordering experience, food was hot and ready to pick up on time. Drunken noodle (chicken was a good taste, but sweeter than I am used to (more onions and peppers, maybe? Not as spicy as well. their 5 on a scale of 5 corresponds approximately to a 6/10 at my favorite place. Do not worry about the spring rolls; they are only mostly shredded iceberg salad and a wrinkle of rubbed carrots in envelopes. Apart from this disappointment, everything else was good, and the servers were very polite and cheerful.
Inconsistent and regularly disappointing. We've gotten take out and dined in at this location multiple times and usually get the same thing. The fried rice can have strong and rich flavor one day and the next be completely bland. Same with the Pad See Ew and Bangkok Noodles. They are also very inconsistent with spice levels. Many times I've ordered a spice level 3 (out of 5) and have had zero spice. I have also gotten a 1 or 2 and it be way too spicy. When the stars align the food is amazing, it's why we keep going back. We've found that the Askarben location is more consistent and will be driving the extra miles to go there instead.
