Blocks from home so my go to very often after a 14 hr day at work and not feeling in the mood to heat up the house and out of the 10+ years of coming here they have only had 3 mistakes so thats saying something

Ordered chicken Philly supposed to be hot.. what the ?? That was the nastiest sandwich ever all ingredients were cold the bread was not even warm or toasted chicken was cold cheese was cold .. I sat in like 10 minutes paid 17.00 for what? First time never again . Even tipped them.

Paper thin meat cheese....not at all worth the money

If you value your health, DO NOT EAT HERE.My older sister worked at this location years ago, when it was run by Bob Wertheim, the son of the founder, Sid Wertheim. There was mold under the ice and lots of health codes being violated.The company was sold to a management company in 2021. A friend of mine recently quit this location, and there's STILL mold under the ice and unsafe working/eating conditions. Both of them have told management about these issues and management doesn't care.It's gross and unsafe. No one should be eating here. This place shouldn't even be open. Disgusting.

Put in an online order. I ordered two sandwiches with no cheese and customized both sandwiches. Didn’t check the sandwiches in store due to them being meatball sandwiches(they can be messy due to sauce). Get home and check the sandwiches both have cheese on them and don’t have any of the additional ingredients as specified in the order. Called back to get a refund because my fiancé could not eat the sandwich due to lactose intolerance. And the simple fact this was not at all what I ordered. The staff did not know how to refund the order and told me to call back in the morning. Just got off the phone with someone. They had me on hold for 10 minutes while trying to figure out how to do a refund. Told me it was all set and I would be refunded. I get an email telling me I will only be refunded 10 dollars of a 30 dollar order.So just to be clear. I got a 1/3 of the amount I paid for.Another thing to mention. I only ordered the two sandwiches. No combo, drink, or chips. And the order was slightly above 30 dollars.This experience was a total slap to the face. Never eating at Little King willingly again. Dietary restrictions: Lactose Intolerance
