Im Hanalyn Baldino the coffee is nice but I have a bad experience Today August 2, 2024 to the employee of coffee bean be aware if the customer has lost any item like judge jewelry and money don't immediately give it to the person you think is the right person there is a protocol that calls the surrender to your Manager then you wait for the person to claim and identify to make sure that he is the right person who lost. Please train the staff so that this accident does not happen again. And why was there no manager on duty that day?
