Jerk-n-go Olympia Fields

Not the best customer service. eating is okay. I don't like the idiot sauce. we usually get eat here and go to 183 cicero to Irie-Jerrk to get their sauce. I wish they could improve the jerk sauce

If it was possible I would rate your customer service zero you made me come back three times for no reason. But your chicken is good that's all the good I can say about Jerk -N- Go chicken.

The Olympia Fields location catered for a small gathering and everything was delicious and fresh. So many compliments on the juiciness and flavor of the chicken. The rice and peas, cabbage, Mac and cheese were so good too. It was a lot of food for the price.

Ordered 4 meals. Got there and I had to wait an additional 25mins only to be told that the wings I ordered for a meal wasn’t an option. Tried to go along with it as there are shortages everywhere. Most things on the menu, they don’t have. I just ended up choosing something that was already prepared. The food was good, so they got an extra star, but the unprofessional approach was off putting. When I called it should’ve been told to me that there were things not available. When I got there I could have been told. No one attempted to give me my money back for the price difference. There was no attempt to compensate for the additional wait. Simple things that take no extra thought or effort. For $70 in food that’s unacceptable. Won’t be back.

No different than the homewood location. They switch out the same workers. The food IS good, but be prepared to be met with an attitude, and to be late wherever you're going because they take over an hour for any and everything. Calling in does NOT matter, you STILL WILL WAIT.
