Renna's Pizza - Olean

Two ladies were working behind the counter. The younger one needs some training in customer service, as she didn't offer any assistance while others were helping another customer. After taking the gum out of her mouth to swallow a pill, she then put the gum back in before handling my food. On a positive note, the pizza was good, though it could have been cooked a bit more.

I've been a fan of this mall pizzeria for at least 40 years and I always make a point to visit whenever I'm back home. The mall experience has changed since the '80s, but the pizza remains the best around.

The restaurant has really declined. The charm it once had seems to be gone. They've started using these strange screens under the pizza for some reason, which gives it a different texture. What used to be a nicely crispy crust is no longer the case. Ten years ago, this place was the best, but now it's just mediocre. It's quite disappointing.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. eating is rough and the only reason why someone still goes there is because they are too lazy to find another place.

Finally, it seems, the amazing taste of Rennas pizza from my childhood is back. Not sure what happened, but for a while it just wasn't good. But now it's back to being GREAT!!
