Then wait 5 more mins for an order of hash browns that they forget to make which were under cooked and cold as was the coffee i got. I was not the one to go in to get it so i called and spoke with the manager who decided to hang up on me. Just lost a customer.
Since the current head manager has taken over this store has fallen apart. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never seen it is disorganized and chaotic as it is right now. The way she speaks to her employees with customers in ear shot if they mess up is inappropriate and best saved for a one on one in private. Ticket times have increased significantly, going from a convenient drop in and get out quick to spending over 10 minutes waiting for food. All this being said there are still some excellent employees who work there. Darrell and the younger blonde woman are both extremely professional and efficient, they are quick to remedy the situation if an error is made, as opposed to the head manager who tends to blame the guest. I hope the head manager receives further training on coaching and guest service skills and does not push out the few good employees she has
Looks nice on the inside however having been there twice and them getting it wrong both times even though I repeated my order a few times each time I went is more than a little frustrating. I understand my coffee isn't the easiest to make but having worked at dunkin myself for several years it's not a hard order to make either. Overall disappointed with this location's customer service they seem to just want to get through the line and unfortunately don't seem to care about order accuracy or customer satisfaction.
Love this Dunkin! We always stop in on our road trips and they insist on my dog coming inside for a pup cup. Julie gives my dog all the love and it is so cuteFabulous service from a fabulous staff. Oh and A+ for cleanliness in the bathrooms!
Staff is right there. On top of the situation. Ready to tackle it. Bus of Boy Scouts, they are ready. Top notch service. Try to be ready to tell them what you would like when you get to the service area and are being waited on. Think about the box of donuts!
