My biggest complaint is with the app. I enjoy the special deals I can get, and I love having my order waiting or nearly ready when I arrive. But 10-20% of the time the app either won’t place my order (I usually just don’t get Sonic that day) or won’t let me check in when I arrive. They’re always nice about getting me my food even when the app won’t let me check in, but it’s frustrating to sit in my car watching the wheel of waste spinning while I’m hungry. I know the app trouble isn’t this restaurant’s fault, but as a franchise, they own the good and bad that flows down from above. Feedback submitted through the app has been uniformly ignored. Fix your app guys!
The app works well here, and they try hard to accommodate when it doesn't work for some reason.
Excellent customer service. My order on the app was not processed in it's entirety. The manager came out to my car to find out what 5 items were missed. She promptly and personally hand delivered the missing items at no charge!! Couldn't ask for more to make it right. Her courtesy made up for the inconvenience and the wait.
The staff have always had masks and gloves on due to COVID-19. This location can be quite busy. Even when they are busy they are relative fast preparing your food. The orders are almost always correct.
Great service. Good people! They were really busy and still got my order out promptly.
