Mcdonald's - Oklahoma City

Great Iced Coffee, but last time I got a regular hamburger, and it was cold so I had to throw it away. Not happy that much money is wasted.

Friends are always cold, orders never right! Workers get an attitude when they say something is missing or wrong! Never the sauce or staws in the bag. I'll check my order in the window before I leave!!

My son and I are on my way to OKC. We were both very hungry. Service was very quick step, which I didn't pretend to have worked many Yrs at McDonalds himself. We leave Hop on Hwy, my son begins to give me my food, then just stop and look at me. He had no food. I took the next exit turned around and went back when I arrived, I went right up to the second window. They gave me the missing food, it was a wrong size. So we got more. back to Hwy and my burger was wrong. I didn't leave. I had to eat what I had. Never

Almost every table was dirty and the playground for children was closed. There was no one available to assist you. The ordering machine takes your order, but don't expect any human interaction and if you do manage to get someone's attention, they are rude. Overall, a disappointing experience at this McDonald's.

This McDonald's is pretty average. They have multiple self-service kiosks as well as a traditional register. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. It wasn't too crowded at 9 am, so the service was fast. They also have a play area for children. Overall, I would rate the food 3 out of 5.
