If they want to spend money to be treated like an inconvenience, they visit this place. the manager was friendly after his bar staff treated my party like complete garbage. he was waiting for his district manager to follow, but we will see. this place will never get mine or anyone I know.

Games and Eats. Yes, the main draw for D & B's is the wide variety of games, which entertain both adults and kids, but the restaurant/bar is much nicer than most of these types of places offer. It's basically an upscale sports bar and pub. I was there with a large group of friends; some of had appetizers and some had entrees. The potato poppers and chips with queso were both pretty good for snack food. The full nachos looked very good, but I didn't taste them. The pasta with steak and shrimp was very good. One in our group ordered a Philly steak sandwich and the first one came out cold, but they quickly remedied that and brought him a hot, fresh one. The service was fine. If you're taking your kids here for an afternoon of video entertainment, you can still get a decent meal while they play.

My boyfriend bought tickets for their New Year's Party Event. He thought that it was a good deal and would be a great experience for our first new years together. We drove over an hour excited for the night, and ended up being greeted with a less than helpful host, and basically pushed into disappointment. We felt like we were crashing a low budget year old's birthday party. Every adult in the room looked uncomfortable and pissed off. Nobody got their own table for space. You had to sit by strangers or at a dirty table. The food was absolutely awful. Imagine that the employees were instructed to save all the food from the left over kid's plates throughout the day and were heated in a microwave and then served to you. That is what the food tasted like. Appetizer buffet No. KIDS MENU ITEMS. The food looked and tasted so bad that I had to stop eating from fear of food poisoning. I would say that the games saved the night, but it didn't. Most of the machines were out of order and the games that weren't were so busy with kid's and lines of other people waiting to play. The whole night was basically a rip off. The advertisement for this event was VERY misleading. It would of been way cheaper with our own table, good food, and the same amount of game play if we had of just shown up there as regular guests. On top of everything even the Manager looked as if she knew the party was straight up trash. I tried to call corporate over this but after informing them I'd like to talk about a complaint, I was directed to a voicemail and told that they would get to the problem in the order they came in. What happened to Customer Service and actually giving the customer what they paid for? Close to to basically play a handful of arcade games. Absolutely awful. This is not an event we'll look back on with positivity.
