I got nothing to eat or drink was just there with family bc niece working there and family stopped to ice with niece on their break bc missed a family outting due to work, but it was all nice to go to the bathroom and she definitely cleaned badly...

We ordered 2 blizzards, the new York cheesecake had almost no cheesecake, come next time or I'll get it back. You owe me a replacement!! NOONE LIKES LACK from taste when they order something. The turtle Pecan Cluster was very good. Food: 3/5

Oh, man. If only I couldn't make stars on that bad boy. I'm new here to Edmond and found out after I ordered a cake from them that this place is not in place. I have a cake order in 6 days when I actually needed it. On the day I decided to call a few hours ahead, just to be sure that it was waiting there that I would pick up after work. When I talked to the gentleman, he told me he couldn't find an order. His mannerisms led me to believe that he was not a manager and when I asked for one, he told me he was the manager. I thought it was a joke that management was talking like he was talking. Long story short. Very unprofessional and I had to wait for my cake order at the end of my working day when he was supposed to be ready before the time. I promise you I will never come back here again, and someone who wants to come to this place, I will tell them directly. DON’T DO IT!!

I found her rude. I didn't find her very clean. The store always looked like a disaster. The machines were often dismantled. The people behind the counter were not friendly or would go over various customers. They were not always really successful about safety with gloves at work with food.

Dairy queen has gone way down hill. food is old, gravy looks like it’s 3 days old and tastes terrible. employees have zero expectations. Dairy queen needs to raise their standards or they will keep shutting down locations and doing bad. Check your food before leaving. it’s GROSS AND OLD EVERY TIME
