Beautiful location with large garden. were dinner tonight with 8 people and a dwarf. although well visited it was an appropriate waiting time of only 20 minutes. The late Zle for my daughter came first. the salad was delicious my food boiled on the point with fresh crispy pommes. faster service. If she had warm water on the toilets now, it would be better. we like to come back.

Beautiful Franconian guest house with guest house and good-bourgeois cuisine at a great level. Regional beer and regional wines. Nice host who takes care of his guests.

This is a very nice, local guest house and restaurant with a beer garden that is very popular with locals. We arrived on a Saturday evening and all tables in the beer garden were already occupied or reserved, so we had to sit in the newer part of the restaurant overlooking the beer garden. You have a special offer every Saturday evening of the roast suck pigs and dumplings with salads along with the regular menu of the regional fare. Two of us had the special and another had the sour roasts. The viola wine was from this world! Max, the owner's son, served generous portions of meat and even offered second aids. My son also enjoyed his sour roasts. The older part of the inn comes from the 17th Century and is beautiful. I will definitely return if I'm ever back in the area. It's only 15 minutes. From Rothenberg whether the pigeon and the ride worth when you have a car. I would even suggest staying there as they added seven new rooms to the original four rooms. This would be a great starting point for exploring Rothenberg and the surrounding area. You can stay a much better feeling for local culture compared to Rothenberg with all tourists. Note that they do not accept credit cards as they are a small business and there are no ATMs very close, so bring some cash. Dinner for 3, incl. beer, was less than 50€. Make a reservation so you can sit in the beer garden.
