Przekaż informację zwrotnąI just want to give a shout-out to the manager, Stephanie, and the young cashier at the self-checkout today. I am incredibly grateful to them for what they did for me. They purchased three boxes of baby formula for me when I discovered that Target doesn't accept WIC. It was the only store I had come across all day, and I had been shopping since 8 this morning. Finally, at 4:45 this afternoon, I found baby formula at their store. God bless them; they truly have good karma coming their way. My son had been without formula for almost a day and a half, and I had resorted to feeding him baby food just to keep him from going hungry until I met these two amazing ladies. If there’s anything I could do to repay them, I would. They absolutely deserve a promotion, a raise, and some appreciation for their kindness. They truly have big hearts. Thank you again, ladies!
I was using the self-checkout when I noticed that two of my items were scanning incorrectly, which meant they didn't qualify for the promotion I was expecting. Theresa, who was at another register, came over to assist me, and she was incredibly kind and patient. She allowed me to go pick up replacement items and helped me complete my checkout. She was wonderful!
The drive-up staff are incredibly efficient and friendly! I really appreciate their hard work. I save so much time by using the drive-up service here. Thank you!
This was the easiest pick up EVER!! I will go to Target anytime I need a pick up order after seeing how easy they have made this process. Love the app, the speed of pickup, and the ease of letting them know I was leaving home and arriving. AMAZING!!
I had fantastic customer service from Justin, a clerk who was stocking shelves and/or checking inventory in Grocery. He saw that I was struggling to find something, so he asked me if I need help finding anything. I said yes! He helped me look for the product, and then I asked him if he could help me with another 1 or 2 items. He was fantastic with walking to the correct aisle with me, and then since this store didn't have the item, I asked him if he could check his store inventory device to see if any of the other area stores carry it (they don't). He was pleasant and professional the entire time--something I NEVER experience in retail. Thank you, Justin, and thank you to Target for hiring him! Now make him train all your other floor employees in how to provide good customer service!
