Sonic Drive-in - Odessa

The morning workers this morning were so friendly! Great friendly service! The girl that took my order and the gentleman that brought us our food were outstanding. Great way to start the morning Sonic!

We come here more than I'd probably like to admit, but it's always great service. Liz the gm is always on top of things. Food within 5 min and always a smile.

Would give 5 stars, but my fries were cold. Also the carhop asked me if I wanted my change. $4.96 won't make me or break me; however from a very customer service oriented person such as myself that's a definite frown.

I had to pay a medical bill at lunch today...at a place that regularly screws up my account. I have to pay in person to make sure my account is credited and I don't get sent to collections. It is stressfull. So on the day I pay this bill, I treat myself to Sonic and stress eat delicious fast food in my car. The Sonic on 8th has great service and the ladies who work the lunch shift are really nice. Today, I had the #5 Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster. It even had an onion ring in it! I rounded lunch out with tots and a Sprite. Eating my feelings of powerlessness and frustration was so satisfying. But I had to hang out of my window to reach the order button. Did the whole menu thing get jacked up a few feet? I know this is Texas and nearly everyone drives a truck...but don't forget about us short people in cars. I'll bring a stick with me next time so I can reach the call button!
