Taqueria 504suazo’s - Ocracoke

While visiting the Island, decided to get a burrito. Got the Carne Asada. It was fresh, with a lot of heft to it. When I cut it in half, it also looked plentiful and rich. However, the amount of steak was minuscule. All in all about 12-13 tiny pieces of steak on a burrito that came in over a lb. I was hungry and I ate it, but will try something else next time. This felt more like a veggie burrito , to be honest.Also, the Iceberg lettuce was prevalent and chopped in large chunks. The rice was ok, not a lot of flavor, though.The stand looks decent with nice white tables and it's off the beaten path a bit. I'd imagine that is a challenge to park when the island is busy.Service was quick and courteous. Will stop by again.Hope the pics can give you an idea about the burrito composition.Parking: Very limited, maybe 3-4 cars, if squeezed in?

We absolutely love coming here every trip we make to Ocracoke! It’s very affordable and beats the long wait line than the other Mexican food truck down the road. The food is super tasty. I am here right now and my food will be ready in 10 mins! They are very sweet and work hard! I love that it’s tucked away but wish more people knew about it because I don’t think a lot of people know it since it’s tucked away. Everyone seems to go to the other Mexican food truck!Well worth it! :

Best taco truck in the OBX! I picked up some delicious tacos and ate them on the ferry ride back. The mango shrimp taco was to die for!Food: 5/5

Really good food. Stopped in for hangover food for the wife. The Carne Asadas tacos were perfect. Everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
