Never disappointed. Good food fast. Friendly staff, and Blizzards!

The owner’s wife took our order but would not look or speak to me or my three children. She looked over our heads and yelled “next” after each of us ordered. She didn’t give me a total. Took my money and did not give me a receipt. She then began arguing very loudly with one of her employees who then began yelling back. The owner’s wife then walked back to the cash register and continued to yell at the employee in front of customers. There were apx. 15 kids there with grandparents and their parents. It was very scary and intense. She gave me back $5 because she charged me for two ice creams. $5 was less than the amount of the ice cream, let alone after taxes… still no receipt. There have been several instances where the staff have been less than inviting, especially the drive through. This time was just unacceptable. Children should not be exposed to adults yelling at each other.

Downvoting from 5 to 1 star. We usually go for onion rings. But, they were burnt in the last couple of visits. Also, we always get stared at by the whole staff!! Please stop staring at people.

Love this Dairy Queen so I won't completely throw them under the bus, however, they advertise chicken strips with gravy and my last 2 visits, no gravy! It's obvious they have to microwave the gravy upon demand, but just take it off the menu if you can't serve the item you advertise. Lastly, the dining room was freezing. To cold to eat inside. Gal at the counter had a heavy winter coat on said she didn't know why it was Soo cold. We had to pack up our meal and take home as it was raining and we couldn't sit outside. They're good people I just want to help them be the best!

Stopped by around 9pm on a Friday night to grab a bite to eat. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo with a large coke. The fries weren't all that great and almost taste like they were cooked in the same oil with chicken and other deep fried items. My burger was hot for the most part. It was overly packed with ketchup, mustard, and mayo. Tasted alright but I wouldn't say it was the best burger I had. Staff at the drive thru was extremely friendly and seemed happy to want to work there
