Mycovios - Ocean Park

We were unable to secure reservations, so we did. Some of the Italian dishes I've ever had. Inside is very welcoming warm. It was a seamless pick-up process. Well packed still warm when I came home. Good taste for servings. Very recommend to give this place an attempt...

We went to Mycovios for dinner tonight. It was really one of the most amazing meals I have eaten in the last few years. We started with their two Bruschetta options that were hard bluish good!! My wife had her lasagna to die for. My son had one of the specials that a pork chop was served over Brussels sprouts and bacon in a cream sauce, he got it on the side because he doesn't like sauces. The sauce and sprouts was 100% amazing. I have the other special, that was thin spaghetti with a cream sauce with trumpet mushrooms and with a steel head fillet and dungeness crab. The atmosphere was also super, perfect music at the perfect band. Service was absolutely amazing what is very difficult to find anywhere now. If you are on the peninsula, you must try this place!!!

The stars and we secured a reservation in this Italian inspired restaurant in Ocean Park, Washington. There are only half a dozen tables and an open kitchen. The food is just wonderful! The two of us ordered six dishes and no one held a single disappointment. The Roman style wedge salad will be in my dreams for many years! I could go on, but my best advice is trying to enjoy this place myself!

This is one of the best restaurants I've been too. It's small and charming, the decor feels homey, but not in a try hard way. We had the kindest, most charming waiter I've ever had in a restaurant and every joke he had, was ACTUALLY funny, loved him. I had their special of the day which was rock fish with thin spaghetti and trumpet mushrooms, and it was such a genius pairing and so rich and delicious. Even the lemonade I had was some of the best I've ever had!!! Will be telling all of my family and friends about this place!!!
