Szechwan Garden - Ocean City

I would give this place a perfect 5 stars if I could. I had the Kung Pao tofu, and it was packed with flavor and sweetness!

I did not order the asparagus special 12 safely the name from the vegetarian menu and asked for extra tofu 2. it was good that standard Chinese garlic style taste, and the tofu was good what they expect from basic Chinese takeout. they had no mock meat when I visited, but about 6 choices on a vegetarian section of the menu. I'd get that spade again with tofu.

We frequently visit Orange County and have tried several restaurants. They are great for lunch, and dinner is excellent too. They offer only two types of vegan mock meats, but they are quite good. The service is quick and friendly for kids. However, most menu items aren’t suitable for vegan children. They were accommodating and adapted the kids' menu for us. We mentioned that we found this place on Happy Cow and encouraged them to expand their mock meat options. Other dishes were very flavorful, and they also provide brown rice.

I was at Serendipity and needed dinner before they opened. The innkeeper recommended Szechwan Garden, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the maul huh with kissing. Yes, they do charge $1 for brown rice, which surprised me. However, I was grateful to find a place that stayed open until 9:30 PM, especially since everywhere else had already closed for the night. It was early April when I visited, so there were no tourists around. During the peak tourist season, parking can be impossible to find. I don’t remember exactly how much I spent, but I recall that it was pricier than other vegetarian-friendly Chinese places I’ve been to.

I just bought lunch here for the third time this month. I love it. Honestly amazed at the bad reviews, I never experienced anything that was reported so that they might have made some good changes. You're amazing, every meal I had was great. Today I have the sweet and acidic chicken and some other things, the chicken is crispy and tasty and the sauce is well balanced. Plus, always friendly service. No complaints!
