Arby's - Ocala

Not the best Arby's by far.Messy sandwiches. Really really hectic in there. Crazy crowded, dining room was a mess.You can tell they are short staffed and rushing.Wait was very long to order (20+ minutes) and nearly another 20 to get the to go order.Lots of homeless and travelers camping out in dining room and around building.

The mozzarella sticks were not fresh. Expected good melty cheese, got room temp blah.

Visited this facility on Sunday evening. another customer in the restaurant. five employees work, but the dining room was dirty, filling cans full, no spicy / stretch out. While I took my author, he was almost on the cash register and told me how tired he was. also workers with long hair had no hair nets (male employees). last visit this place!

I was soou impressed by this place. They were a little short staff, but were still very efficient. I wish I had the name of the young lady who worked. She always said I'm gonna be right with you. she was so pleasant for anyone who seemed to wait. To be honest, this is the freshest food I have ever got from any arby’s! (plus is in a pilot so that the toilets are very clean). (management pls see who worked on 4/4/22 1120 am. excellent service of all).

To the shift Leader, Supervisor or Manager working Sunday 3/27 in Arby's am shift; I don't know her name but she leads by example !!!!! Always cleaning , working hard providing excellent customer service ? This Lady deserves any opportunities possible ? A true Leader setting the best examples for her co workers. ???
