Stopped for lunch, they had a buffet advertised on the window, but were not serving the buffet that day. Sat down to order, but the menu had no prices. The waitress said she would have to go look up each thing we asked the price. We decided it wasn't worth it and left. If this is Pizza Huts new policy, say good bye to customer. Tell us the price before we order or we can go somewhere else. Our Subway subs were great and they had the prices listed.
My pizzas were not right!!! And management said they were right never choose this place again
I am normally not one to complain. But tonight I ordered 2 large pizzas and breadsticks. I went to pick it up and no lights on, doors locked no one answering phone. so I drove around to drive thru and there was a girl she said she was the only one working ok fair enough. Got our pizza and headed back to Wakeman. Only to find out The breadsticks were so hard you could barely bite through it. The pizza tasted like straight card board Barely any sauce and dried up cheese and toppings. The crust was so hard my dog could barely eat it. Never again. Don’t waste your money. So gross.
If someone asked me, where was your best recent dining experience, I would say Pizza Hut Oberlin, OH. The food was good, but the main reason I share this review is because ALEX our server was AWEWOME! Her personality and energy was amazing and she made us all laugh the entire evening! Dining isn't just about the food, it's also largely about the experience! Thank You Alex for making our experience great and keep up the great customer service!
